ES NCDMB Pays Last Respect To Edwin Clark

Felix Omatsola Ogbe, executive secretary Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), on Tuesday joined dignitaries from across the country to pay their last respect to late Edwin Kiagbodo Clark.

The late elder stateman and founder of the Pan Niger Delta Forum (PANDEF).

The executive secretary was accompanied by Isaac Yalah, director Planning Research and Statistics, NCDMB, to the funeral ceremony at Kiagbodo, Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State, the community of the late Ijaw nationalist.

The NCDMB boss described the late Clark as a staunch local content advocate, educationist, philanthropist and statesman.

He noted that most initiatives of the NCDMB aligned with some of the ideals and programmes championed by the late Ijaw leader.

He assured that the Board will sustain Clark’s legacies through effective implementation of the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development (NOGICD) Act, particularly the integration of oil and gas producing communities into the industry value chain.
